1953 - Church Started

1967 - Pulpit Furniture Stained

1968 - Vapor Night Light Purchased and Installed

1968 - Piano Purchased

1971 - Watson Smith and Eddie McMillan Were Ordained As Deacons

1971 - Church Covenant was Framed By Leonard Powell

1972 - Voted to Build Vestebale On Church

1973 - Chat was put down on Church Grounds

1973 - Voted to Buy New Hymnals

1974 - Plans to add on to the Church

1975 - Halloween Party in the New Addition

1977 - Committee formed to arrange Homecoming for the third Sunday in March

1980 - Central heat and air installed

1983 - Baptistry Put In

1984 - Blinds were purchased for the Auditorium with memorial funds

1987 - Sunday School Rooms were Carpeted.

1988 - Church Organ donated by Mr. And Mrs. Earl Meeks

1988 - Funds were started for song books in memory of Mrs. Oneda Bettis.

1991 - New Pew Cushions and Carpet were purchased

1992 - New maps and flags in memory of Mrs. Eloise Thomas were bought.

1993 - New Lights were installed in the Auditorium.

1997 - Phone Installed

1997 - New Sign Installed on Highway 53

1997 -  Church Van is Purchased

1998 -  City Water

2000 - Danny Melugin was ordained as a Deacon.

2000 - Repainted Kitchen

2002 - New chairs and tables were bought with memorial funds from Marvin Dillard family.

2002 - Fund drive to buy new Baptist Hymnals. Labels were inserted in hymnals in memory of beloved family/friends.

2002 - Danny and Joyce Melugin installed blinds in kitchen and Sunday School rooms.

2002 - Tim Wells was ordained as Deacon.

2004 - Church Website Started

2004 - Rev. Eugene Hughes Library Opened

2005 - Bro. Ollie J. Trout Started As Pastor

2007 - Service Video Ministry Was Formed

2008 - Service Videos Reached Over 20,000 People in less than 1 year.
